Tóm tắt Đối với học sinh khuyết tật nghe nói, mất thính lực ảnh hưởng đến sự phát triển của học sinh trong tất cả các lĩnh vực như nhận thức, hành vi, ngôn ngữ... đặc biệt là lĩnh vực ngôn ngữ, giao tiếp. Do đó, học sinh khuyết tật nghe nói gặp khó khăn trong hầu hết các lĩnh vực học tập, đặc biệt đối với học tập môn Tiếng Việt. Bài viết này phân tích những khó khăn trong học tập môn Tiếng Việt của học sinh (HS) khuyết tật nghe nói và vấn đề điều chỉnh kế hoạch dạy học môn Tiếng Việt theo chương trình giáo dục phổ thông 2018 cho phù hợp với khả năng, nhu cầu của các em, giúp các em phát huy hết khả năng bản thân và đạt được các yêu cầu cơ bản của môn học. For students with hearing and speech disabilities, hearing loss affects the student’s development in all areas such as cognition, behavior, language, etc., especially in the field of language and communication. Therefore, students with hearing and speech disabilities face difficulties in most areas of learning, especially in learning Vietnamese subject. This article analyzed the difficulties in learning Vietnamese subject of students with hearing and speech disabilities. The authors also proposed some adjustment to the Vietnamese teaching plans according to the General Education Program 2018 in order to appropriate the abilities and needs of the students with hearing and speech disabilities, help them develop their full potential, and achieve the basic requirements of the subject.
